Class Descriptions:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Level I & II)
Uses a mixed level of postures (asanas) for the beginner and intermediate yoga student. This class focuses on postures for developing strength and flexibility in the shoulders, hips, legs, back and core. We use the wall and other props including straps, blocks and bolsters to aid in balance as we stretch, tone and lengthen muscles while nourishing the joints. This class focuses on connecting the breath to movement while enhancing the integration of mind, body and heart. You will leave class feeling more balanced, relaxed and rejuvenated with an overall sense of clarity and well-being.
