Enjoy your own private lesson in the privacy of your home or during travels. You and I will discuss your needs and I will develop a sequence designed for you. I will be there with you to answer your questions and ensure you are practicing with correct alignment.


Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening.  This type of practice focuses on connecting the breath to movement while enhancing the integration of mind, body and heart.  By the end of your session, you will feel more balanced, relaxed and rejuvenated with an overall sense of clarity and well-being.

Therapeutic Chair Yoga
Do you have specific health conditions/concerns and would like to try Yoga?  This type of practice is slow in pace and is designed for people with conditions in the wrists, knees, ankles, back, shoulders and neck.  Most of the session will take place in a chair as we increase fluidity in the joints and build strength in the muscles.  The goal is to create optimal alignment in your body to ease and release pain as you open to relaxation and the breath.  We will use necessary props including chairs, walls, blocks, bolsters, etc…

Yoga Basics
This type of practice is just what you need to detox and de-stress from your day. Yoga Basics is for beginner level students who wish to strengthen, lengthen and stretch his/her body. We will begin with a slow moving sequence to build some heat in the body which prepares your body to open more into hip openers, gentle lunges, mild twists and soft backbends. A great deal of focus is geared toward proper alignment and using props to support your body.  By the end of your practice, you will feel energized, focused and whole.
